Gifts I'd Like to Put in my Kid's Easter Baskets

This year, Easter just snuck up on me. I can’t believe it is this week already. We have been so focused on house hunting and saving money that I don’t think we will be paying much attention in great detail to Easter baskets, Easter Egg Hunts, Easter Decor, Easter outfits or Easter gatherings. Which is a good thing anyway, because really, even though all that stuff makes Easter lots of fun, that is not really what the focused should be about for Children of God.

Nevertheless, just for the fun of it, i’d like to share what I would put in my children’s Easter basket, if we were doing that.

She is pretty much good at anything she puts her hands on, seriously, i’m not kidding, it’s not mom bragging. She sings, writes poetry & stories, dances, builds awesome Lego creations, draws and more. Recently, she have been into making meals in the kitchen, so to further encourage that found love. Her Easter basket would be Kid Cook oriented. Here’s what I am looking at:

Lego Engineer 2
We recently discovered that he has a love and Knack for building things, he loves Legos and he has also developed an interest in Dinosaurs and big animals in general. He likes to build them with the Legos.

firecracker toddler title He is soon going to be ready to transition into his toddler bed, so I would love to get him a cool one. He is also getting interested in words and books, as well as growing his eye-hand coordination. So this is what I’d put in his basket.
