How are you? I hope all is well and you had a good week this week. This month (August), I am counting down to my 33rd birthday with a series of 33 themed post. I can’t express how happy I am that you clicked on this post. I’m thinking you may have done that for either one of these two reasons or both, you are interested in getting to know this blogging mom better or you love music and like to read when others share about it. Well thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little better and I hope we have some music taste in common or I introduce to some good new music.
So my list below are of my favorite worship and Christian contemporary songs, I don’t listen to much worldly music anymore, reason being I think most songs of today are awful and because my mindset has changed. I chose these songs as my top 33 favorites, not because of how attractive or cool the artist looks, but because of what the lyrics make me think, how the music makes me feel and how beautifully the artist brings the two together (music and lyrics). I really hope you have the time to not only read my list, but check out the lyrics and have a listen to one or two songs or even more.
Blessings to you.

Drop me a line at latisha@asklatisha.com, if you would like to send me “happy birthday mail”. I love happy mail, it truly makes my day. I love postcards, greeting cards, penpal letters, souvenirs, local handmade or homemade (made by you) things. I love getting to know about the lives and hometowns of others. (Just sharing what I like, not begging for stuff). Happy Birthday mail would truly be a blessing to me, especially at this season of my life where I could use a little extra prayer and encouragement.
I don’t listen to music much except in the car and even then that is rare because I enjoy the silence. Christmas music while baking is probably the most I listen to at one time. I know many of your song picks and they certainly are inspirational. Good to see this side of you and how music speaks to your soul.
I love your list of songs! What a wonderful selection!

I was “parked” by you on Smart Party Planning today, and I’m glad to find your site…
Blessings,

I so enjoyed this post. I love music and have it playing most days in the background of my home and/or car. I spotted many of my favorites but also found some I had never heard, which I enjoyed. So thank you for sharing some new music with me :)
