Hi Everyone,

It’s another day of life and there is so much to be thankful for. Life is not without it’s challenges, but it is not without it’s treasures either. I would like to share with you some of my little triumphs and celebrations this week.

First of all, I am no social-media butterfly. In fact, there are only two forms of social-media that I really enjoy using and that is YouTube and Pinterest. This week my YouTube account received it’s 450th Subscriber. To some, that may not be such a big deal, but it is a big deal to me. On my YouTube channel I mostly upload poetry videos, along with other fun stuff. I invite you to check it out and subscribe. That would be a blessing to me.

I am celebrating those of you who took the time to download my first printable. “Happy Birthday, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr” A Story Coloring Book about the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

I celebrated my husband’s 38th birthday on Thursday. I did the cooking. That is something special because truth be told, he is the main cook in the house. Cooking is a passion for him, for me, not as much. However, I tried a few recipes I found online, Brocolli Bites, Breakfast Pizza, a few other things and I successfully made a delicious cheesecake using a Betty Crocker recipe from a cookbook we had. It was my first time making my own cheesecake. All my meals were successful. Though some more successful than others, I feel very proud. It is a reflection of how far I have come as a person.
