TGI Saturdays # 20

Hello Friends2Good morning and happy Saturday (or whatever today is) to you. I hope you had a blessed week and remembered to seek God first in everything. Did you accomplish what you set out to do? Did you spend quiet time with the Lord and grew in your relationship with Him? What was your primary emotion this week? What took up a majority of your mental space?

My week was blessed as always, no complains. I’m thankful God blessed me with another week of life and provided all my needs. My dad will be visiting this weekend and will be spending a week with us. He is visiting from my island of birth and I haven’t seen him in about three years. He will be meeting my last two children (23 months/8 months) for the first time. I pray he has a blessed time with us.

Today we are celebrating the mini milestone of 20 blog hops hosted with this ultimate link party. Lots of links and freebies. Have fun. I pray you all have a blessed week ahead and enjoy this fun weekend link-up party filled with encouragement and inspiration.

Blog Universe

I haven’t really been able to get around the blog universe as much as I would really like to lately, but this week I was able to get around a little more. So I’d like to share some of my favorite post that I came across. What usually draws me to a post, encourages me to click the link is anything from an interesting title, an awesome blog pic and a topic of interest for me. I’m always looking for great homemaking and blogging tips, awesome ideas, and I love poetic, inspirational and encouraging post. I really like sharing great post by others. I want to be kind blogger? Do you?

Latisha, thank you so much for featuring my blog post this week. I feel honored, and I appreciate it very much. And, it’s such a pleasure to be part of this blog community! Thanks for hosting.

I hope you had a wonderful time with your dad. He must have been so excited to meet the *new* grandkids for the first time! Family is truly one of God’s blessings, and seeing the generations together is precious.
