I just read some really depressing news for Legend of the Seeker fans. The cult favorite has been canceled.
According to Michael Ausiello of The Ausiello Files Blog (ew.com) “the outlook had been bleak since last March, when many of Tribune Station Group’s markets dropped the syndicated series, which had been developed from Terry Goodkind’s fantasy novels by
Hercules/Xena producers Sam Raimi and Robert Tapert. ABC Studios, which produces it, kept shopping it around. But, I’m told, they found no takers.”
I’m really going to miss this one. It was an exciting and at times thought-provoking seires.I looked forward to watching this with my husband (who is also a fan) every week. It was quite an adventure.
Any comments?
Hi, it’s a bit offtopic but may I ask you where did you get this blog template? I’m going to start bloggin as well, I’m a bit noob though but I really like it ;) Let me know… Anyway, nice website! ;)
This is really a sad news to all of us The Legend of the Seeker fans. Well I guess they should have stick to the original story of the novel…
OMG!! I am so into legend of the seeker! I love Cara! Although there are some parts that I was a bit disappointed with like… the show showing some characters early on when they came out on the very last book. That’s just not right. I hope they make a movie of this though.
